When we hear the phrase "Spiritual Awakening " most of us think angelic and enlightened, not difficult or messy.
Let me share with you some of the symptoms of spiritual awakening that many don't speak of...
As we are ascending and our time comes to awaken, many of the feelings that accompany this sacred time do not feel like a blessing. Some of these feelings can leave us feeling frightened, confused, alone and unprepared.
Headaches, anxiety, tingling in the body, head and face, pins and needles and numbness, heart palpitations, heat, aches and pains, emotional outbursts and general feelings of lethargy are just to name a few.
Some people can feel as though they are losing control or losing their grip on reality. There can be feelings of going crazy and emotional highs and lows.
If you can imagine a computer and all it's software being upgraded , this is precisely what happens to our bodies.
We no longer operate the way we used to. We will become more proficient, more aligned and attuned and far more capable than ever before. Our senses are heightened and our intuition is sharpened.
Just like a toddler learning to sleep in their own bed or beginning to wear undies for the first time, these changes can create much unrest, concern and discomfort.
We may even tantrum and find ourselves in the fetal position. Yes, I've been there and done that.
This is all very common and very normal.
Having regular spiritual healings and alignments will support you during this process and help you remember that you are not alone.
By simply allowing the changes to pass through you and learning to trust, you will minimize the not so pleasant symptoms and begin to feel more comfortable sooner in your new energy.
Be gentle with yourself.
*Stay grounded by walking in nature
*eating foods that are alive with the life force and give more to the body than foods that are depleted in nutrients which take more from the body,
*writing and creativity help,
*epsom salt baths with lavender essential oils, amethyst crystal and rose quartz
*treating yourself with love and kindness as you would a friend will all help you in these times of transition.
The challenges will pass and you will feel more alive and more attuned than ever before.
Naturally if you are experiencing health concerns always seek medical advice.
